Ground — true today

The ground layer holds what is true right now — condition reports and session handovers. Unlike canon (written to be true, changes rarely), ground changes as reality changes. Per the rate-of-change filing architecture (CAPTURE-01 §3), a document lives here because it tracks the moving present, not the durable foundation.

Start here

  • UCCA-TM-2026-07-31-H — Time Machine — the current cold-start handover, the baton for the next session. Pointer points; the staves hold the rest — this indexes the real documents, it does not duplicate them; if it conflicts with a source doc, the source wins and the TM is stale. ⚠ Its own authored: field reads 2026-07-31T13:05Z and the file was written at 11:11:52Zstamped in the future and deliberately not corrected; the digest is the identity and a baton is not tidied after it has been handed on (see UCCA-FILING-BRIEF-CENSUS-AND-TAIL-2026-07-31 §4.1).

Pending in this layer

  • UCCA-SEED-01 — the byte-grounded condition report (access state, rebuild verdict). Authored but not yet filed in this repo — the oldest unfiled reference in the project. Worth hunting down or yellow-taping whenever convenient (see the canon register's honest note).
