UCCA → RTOpacks — MIGRATE-02 Phase-6 Confirmation Request¶
Why you are receiving this. A UCCA-side audit (2026-07-03) found that the 2026-04-08 database migration (MIGRATE-02) was never closed out. The original UCCA-account copies of
rtopacks-db(~450 MB),rto-nrt-db, andabs-dbwere retained pending Phase-6 sign-off, and several UCCA-account workers still operate on them. Before UCCA retires any of this, we need your side's authored confirmation of the questions below. Please answer in your own document, on your own side, and export it back across the fence.
What UCCA is asking¶
Q1 — Function takeover. Have the following functions been stood up on the RTOpacks side, such that the UCCA-account versions are no longer relied on? Per function, please: yes/no, and since when. - CRICOS sync - Qualification enrichment - Stats/reporting cache - Database backups
Q2 — Data currency. Do you hold current and complete copies of all data in the
retained UCCA-account databases (rtopacks-db, rto-nrt-db, abs-db)? Please state
how you know (e.g., your own live DBs superseded them on date X; or a final export
of date Y is held at Z). If any of the retained data is NOT superseded on your side,
say which.
Q3 — The ops surface. Does RTOpacks rely, in any way, on the UCCA-operated admin panel (ops.ucca.online) or anything it manages? Yes/no; if yes, what.
Q4 — Clearance. Subject to your answers above: does RTOpacks confirm that UCCA may retire the retained databases and the associated UCCA-account workers as one unit? If you require a final export delivered to you first, state the format and destination and UCCA will sequence that before retirement.
What happens with the answer¶
On receipt and filing of your authored reply, UCCA converts the retirement into one reviewed unit (databases + workers + ops-v2 surface decision), sequenced with the backup worker last. Nothing retires before then; the retained copies continue to be held exactly as they are today.
Outbound request. Four questions, answerable in one short document. The retained data moves nowhere and nothing retires until your answer is on file our side.
