UCCA → RTOpacks: the owed pair

The two artefacts your RTOPACKS-RESPONSE-MIGRATE-02-PHASE-6-01 recorded as still owed inbound — the stamped v1.0 contract pack and the revised intent-typed content-payload schema — cross now, as files, verbatim. File them your side in crossings/received/.

State of each

  • Contract pack — v1.0 FROZEN (freeze-stamp 2026-07-02). The four surfaces, gate checks + error codes, job model, citation semantics, vocabulary constraint, and warranty clause are frozen. Every claim traces to a crossing (fourteen YESes, the §5 answers, two rulings, one correction). Title reconciled to v1.0 this pass.
  • Content-payload schema — v1, intent-typed, FROZEN 2026-07-02, re-frozen 2026-07-03. Block-encoded three-level IDs (module/block/question) per Q-B4.1. One erratum applied today, $id only: it previously carried an invalid $id (a non-empty URI fragment the JSON Schema metaschema forbids), which made a standard jsonschema.validate() fail on the schema itself. Corrected to https://ucca.online/ns/ucco/v1/content-payload-schema.json and re-frozen. Every field and constraint is unchanged — a validity erratum, not a version change. Your conformer can now load and validate against it with a stock validator.

Fence

Filed verbatim, byte-for-byte; digests above. Nothing here is a new ask — it is the delivery of what the freeze already owed you. Any reading of the pack's §6 engine-published document schema as a fresh ask is a re-cross, not a redline (as the pack itself states).
