Ratification: UCCA-INTAKE-01¶
What this is. Tim's ratification of the client-facing intake terms, given in session 2026-07-03 (afternoon). Both open ⟨TIM⟩ decisions were closed earlier today via UCCA-RULING-INTAKE-TERMS-01; the TM recorded INTAKE-01 as READY FOR RATIFICATION on Tim's word, one pass. This is that word, on paper.
1. The ruling recorded¶
Tim ratifies UCCA-INTAKE-01 (2026-07-03, in session), on the terms as filed, resting on the two closures of UCCA-RULING-INTAKE-TERMS-01:
- Warranty scope: the warranty covers the envelope only — never content fitness. The seal attests provenance; the fitness judgement is the client's human judgement (FOUNDATION-01 §2: the engine raises hands, never signs). No warranty before the gate; full warranty after it.
- Termination / offboarding: offboarding follows the documented, client-confirmed clearance process — the same discipline lived in the Phase-6 lane: request authored, answer authored by the client, filed digest-verified, execution only on the filed answer.
2. What Alex applies (one pass)¶
- Verify the precondition (per the discipline block): the filed UCCA-INTAKE-01 has both ⟨TIM⟩ markers closed per RULING-INTAKE-TERMS-01 and no other open markers. If anything is open or drifted → STOP, report, do not proceed.
- Flip UCCA-INTAKE-01 status: DRAFT → RATIFIED, ratification date 2026-07-03, citing this instrument's doc_id.
- Update the canon register row for INTAKE-01 (status RATIFIED, date, this doc_id).
- File this instrument to
decisions/, append to any decisions index the register keeps. - Report HEADs.
3. Boundary notes¶
- Engine-side only. Nothing here crosses the fence. INTAKE-01 is UCCA's own client-facing terms document; when and how it is presented to RTOpacks (or any client) is a separate, later act — a crossing in its own right if and when Tim carries it.
- Ratification is Class G per the ADR lifecycle: it mints on ratification. This instrument is the minting record.
- The C-6 gate, the retirement unit, and the provider-fitness lane are untouched.
Ratification instrument. One pass: verify the ⟨TIM⟩ closures hold on disk, flip the status, update the register, file the record. The terms it seals are the engine's oldest rule made commercial — warranty on the envelope, never the content; offboarding by the clearance discipline the project has already lived once.
