Crossing Intake — Phase-6 Response + Correction

1. What crossed (step 3 of the MIGRATE-02 recovery)

Two RTOpacks-authored documents, carried by Tim as bytes, 2026-07-03:

Document sha256 (as received UCCA-side)
RTOPACKS-RESPONSE-MIGRATE-02-PHASE-6-01.md 4ce1abb336bfafd7e8eea487b55596b69c72afee364749d62c0b7c493a06eca6
RTOPACKS-CORRECTION-02.md 4f6909ef23b79afcd52f622f21cb992ddc0fe58bf3ea1f660e66c74896ec36a4

2. Relay facts (recorded verbatim so they exist outside chat)

Verification statement (RTOpacks Alex, via Tim):

"Verified identical (in substance) to the version answered by RTOPACKS-RESPONSE-MIGRATE-02-PHASE-6-01."

Accepted, with the hedge noted honestly: the original receipt was a chat-paste (the carriage-out-of-order incident), so a byte-identical claim was never available — "in substance" is the strongest true statement their side could make. The statement is filed here as given; the record does not upgrade it.

Typo note (Tim's relay): UCCA's own FILING-NOTE beside the sent request quotes the digest suffix as …a3bd; RTOpacks computes …a8bd over the filed bytes (prefix af31b9da matches). Alleged transcription typo in OUR note.

Docs-proxy re-raise (Tim's relay): the response's §3 condition 1 (docs URL repoint) is stated satisfied — repointed and verified RTOpacks-side 2026-07-03. Now that its referent is in our record, this note is recordable; it was correctly refused earlier today when it arrived referent-first.

3. Filing instructions (Alex — recovery step 4)

  1. File both documents verbatim into the inbound crossing directory (canon/received/ per the repo's actual layout; location call yours, as with the sent side). Verify the sha256 of each filed copy against §1.
  2. File this intake note beside them.
  3. The digest typo: settle it by bytes, trust neither note. Recompute sha256 over the filed UCCA-REQUEST-MIGRATE-02-PHASE-6-01.md in canon/sent/. Correct whichever record is wrong (expected: our FILING-NOTE per Tim's relay — but verify, don't assume). One-line dated correction, not a silent edit.
  4. Confirm to Tim, RTOpacks-side housekeeping: their response asks that our request land as a file their side. Tim's step-2 carry should have satisfied this — Tim confirms with RTOpacks that the filed request is now in their crossings/received/; nothing for Alex here beyond noting it.
  5. Report filed paths + verified digests. On that report, step 4 is complete and retirement rulings may issue (step 5). Nothing retires on this note — filing is not ruling.

4. What the filed clearance contains (index for the step-5 ruling; the

documents themselves are authoritative)

  • Q1 (as corrected by CORRECTION-02): no UCCA-account function is relied on. Three of four functions have live RTOpacks successors; KN enrichment is dormant both sides and will be rebuilt fresh their side. qual-enrichment worker explicitly released — no source export requested.
  • Q2: successors verified current and independently backed up (manifest 2026-07-03, 96/96 tables). No final export required. Two honest limits: (a) the ~450 MB size anomaly on our retained rtopacks-db copy must be noted in our retirement record before deletion; (b) table-level "absorbed-nowhere" review is OURS to run pre-deletion — any orphan table found becomes a crossing before deletion.
  • Q3: no runtime dependency on ops.ucca.online. Docs-proxy condition now stated satisfied (§2 above). DNS is a hard exclusion: no rtopacks.com.au zone/DNS/storage resource retires in this unit — separate handover, their side's queue.
  • Q4: clearance GRANTED for the retained databases + associated workers as one reviewed unit, backup worker last, subject to the exclusions and notes above.
  • Rider: the 21 GB .migration-exports/ directory (NRT chunks included) is green-lit for full deletion — their off-substrate backup condition was satisfied 2026-07-03.
  • Their expectation, unchanged: stamped v1.0 contract pack + revised intent-typed schema remain owed outbound. Matches our record exactly.

Intake note. Two documents received as bytes, digests pinned, relay facts on disk, filing ordered. Rulings issue only after the filing report — the fence closed this loop the slow way once already today; it does not need a second lesson.
