Crossing confirmation — Phase-6 request landed RTOpacks-side

Confirmed (Tim's relay, 2026-07-03): UCCA-REQUEST-MIGRATE-02-PHASE-6-01 has been filed as a byte artefact in RTOpacks' inbound crossing directory (crossings/received/). This satisfies the Housekeeping ask in RTOPACKS-RESPONSE-MIGRATE-02-PHASE-6-01 ("please export UCCA-REQUEST-MIGRATE-02-PHASE-6-01 as a file so it can be filed verbatim in our crossings/received/ — it has not yet landed on disk our side") and closes intake-note step 3.4.

How we know: founder testimony (Tim), 2026-07-03, at the relay. No RTOpacks-authored byte artefact accompanied this confirmation; it is recorded as testimony, labelled and dated per the fossil/relay discipline, not upgraded beyond what was given.

Crossing state now: the Phase-6 loop is closed both directions — UCCA's request is filed both sides (our canon/sent/, their crossings/received/); RTOpacks' response + correction are filed our side (canon/received/, digests verified). Nothing outstanding on the crossing's mechanics.

Still owed outbound (unchanged, separate): the stamped v1.0 contract pack + the revised intent-typed schema. (Fitness note 2026-07-03: the pack is stamped/frozen and fit; the schema carries a $id validity defect — see the pack/schema fitness finding — to settle before it crosses.)
