Correction: the Q1 qualification-enrichment row¶
C-1. The imprecision¶
Our response's Q1 row "Qualification enrichment | enrich-sync | No — dormant | last write 2026-03-09" conflated two functions. Byte-diagnosis our side (2026-07-03) establishes: enrich-sync is ALIVE — it performs RTO enrichment, writing continuously to 2026-05-25 at 100% coverage. The genuinely dormant function is a different one: units/qualification KN enrichment, whose writer is absent from the RTOpacks repository entirely (an external process; last wrote 2026-04-02, ceasing at the migration).
C-2. What stands, improved¶
The takeover picture is better than we reported: three of four Q1 functions have live producing successors, not two. The clearance and all its terms are unaffected — neither the live enrich-sync nor the dormant KN enrichment depends on any retained UCCA copy.
C-3. One consequence for your retirement unit¶
RTOpacks will rebuild the KN-enrichment writer fresh, our side. No source
export from your qual-enrichment worker is requested; it is explicitly
released into the retirement unit — retire it with the rest, no conditions.
The record is now precise. Nothing in the clearance moves.
