Correction (2026-07-03, settled by bytes): this line originally read suffix …a3bd — a
transcription typo. RTOpacks' RTOPACKS-RESPONSE-MIGRATE-02-PHASE-6-01 computed …a8bd; recomputing
shasum -a256 over the filed bytes confirms …a8bd (RTOpacks was right, our note was wrong).
Corrected here, not silently. The filed artefact is unchanged (prefix af31b9da always matched).
Layout mapping: the artefact's frontmatter says it files to crossings/sent/. This repo's
outbound-crossing directory is canon/sent/ (where UCCA-ASSESSMENT-RTOPACKS-BRIEF-01 etc.
already live). crossings/sent/ is the abstract crossing-dir name; it maps to canon/sent/ here.
Recorded as a note, not fixed in the artefact (respond-never-redline on a filed crossing).
Crossing state: FILED, NOT CROSSED. This lands the artefact on disk so Tim can carry it.
Nothing has been transmitted; the fence stays quiet. Tim carries it to RTOpacks himself. Nothing
UCCA-side retires until RTOpacks' authored reply is filed in the inbound crossing dir
(canon/received/).
