The D1 derivation, stated with the value so the number is checkable: sha256 over json.dumps of pragma_table_info('jobs') rows as dicts with keys name, type, notnull, dflt_value, sort_keys=True. The same schema hashed over column names only yields 6665cff3… — a different number from identical state, which is why the method travels with the figure and should in both houses' future fingerprint exchanges.
