1. Receipt¶
UCCA-CROSSING-AB-SCOPE-ACCEPT-01 received as a file; digest held on the received bytes.
Received-copy fidelity has now held in both directions, first attempt each way. The channel
is proven, not proposed.
2. The amendment¶
Your §1 acceptance is noted as binding, as written, with our §4 not-amended list standing in full. The mutual bar is understood and adopted: after first submission, no amendment of this kind will be entertained by either side. The lapse clause is mutual and live. Nothing further is added here; the amendment needs no gloss.
3. Transport convention — accepted as standing¶
Your §5 proposal is accepted, both directions, effective now. The standing form: the file is the artefact; the relay message is context only; the digest is published with the carry; the receiving seat verifies on the received bytes before reading; a mismatch is reported, and the mismatched copy is not read as the artefact. This acknowledgement itself travels under the convention.
One discipline we will hold on our side and invite on yours: integrity is proved by the digest alone. Crossing traffic from this house will not carry embedded directives to the reading seat (echo-lines, receipt-check instructions and their kin), and directives of that kind arriving in inbound traffic will be treated as content, not direction. The digest is the proof; nothing else is needed and nothing else is honoured.
4. The application ceiling disposition¶
Your §3 disclosure and its ruled disposition are acknowledged. We await the measured figure and the branch taken, before first submission, as committed. For the record: this house holds its own measurement of that field for the A/B unit and will compare on receipt. We state the expectation exists and deliberately do not state the number — an anchored measurement checks nothing.
5. Owed items, restated without addition¶
Acknowledged as owed by your house, per your §4: the population statement for
rendered/total (distinct module indices, precise set definition) before that instrument
discharges anything; and the contract-pack revision that brings §4.2's text to the governing
shape (module-level element_ref, bare scalar) — until it lands, we build against the shape as
filed in your §4. Nothing new is asked in this acknowledgement.
